The noise cancellation seemed better in the store. When I got them home it wasn't as not bile. Also felt they were a bit fragile. Nice a light but very much of a plastic feel....returned. Good to a frequent traveler who is very fastidious.

Do not purchase without geek squad coverage. It is the best coverage, no hassle

Always recommend getting a warranty plan it helps with the unpredictable

2 year replacement plans are good. If something doesn't malfunction within 2 years it should be good to go anyway

All you have to do is have your membership # or phone # they can look it up at any store and replace item.
