the techs helped me with the WIFI, they checked my computer and fixed it

Overall I really like these headphones. the battery life is very good and they are very comfortable. The only thing that I don't like is that it's really hard to know the battery life without turning the headphones off.

The service that they provide is great would recommend them to everyone
