Although I am satisfied with the overall investment in the warranty I can't say I was happy when best buy discontinued to carry the Bluetooth headphones I bought these for. I did get a new pair when the originals broke within the first 6 months after purchase so that was better than just simply having to put more than one hundred dollars toward a replacement. Insult to injury the warranty doesn't carry over to another available pair from a different brand. Always read the fine print!

Although it was a bit expensive but I wanted my peace of mind, knowing that I would get professional help when needed. Haven’t had to use it though.
