Hassle-free exchange on previous purchase, too bad the replacement guarantee is only good for one time during the 2-year period.

Great price. This is something that everyone should have on their product that they purchase which is a warranty.

I bought this protection plan for my headphones and when I tried to use it at the store they told me when I use it, is foing to be cancel at the same time because I get a new headphones I paid the difference because the price was a little bit higher and if I wanted protection for the new headphones I had to purchase it again.

I haven’t use the warranties but from other experience I don’t have any customer problems

Always need protection. Great purchase, never know when you'll need it.

I have use this warranty with printers & headphones. It requires a small deductible but they hold their end of the bargain.

All the time everything that ask for it is worth it.

I haven't had to use my replacement plan yet. Hopefully, I won't and if I do, I would hope that I wouldn't have any problems.

No knowledge on geek squad never used this service, but in a second note do recommend the purchase of geek squad if you want to keep you electronics up to par and working. They do know their stuff and the warranty is very reassuring. Who wants to kick out that money again for the same product if you don't have too.

Helped me recover storage on a computer but was very time consuming.

Not sure if it had a purpose since I was able to return my product with full warranty. But its a good peace of mind.

Lightweight speaker; nice to have around and not too bulky to carry with you.
