Awesome. Had some headphones that stopped working and each time I took them back they were free of charge.

I recommend the insurance, because the previous Bluetooth headphones I had, i needed to exchange a few times

Our previous Sony bluetooth speaker had a woofer blowout within two years, so for 15 bucks it's worth the warranty

Glad they had a warranty available for the item purchased as I haven't had issues but just in case...the option is there.

Not a fan of extra warranty but there's a time for them and some need it such as the case for the headphones

Hopefully, I don't need to use it but it's nice to have in case something happens to my product

Simple and to the point. You brake it they will fix it (sometimes for a fee, read the fine print or your contract)

I sorta wanted to update my warranty for a laptop I bought in case something breaks, The assistant aid running the cash register told me this was what I wanted and I proceeded to buy it. when my laptop DID get messed up, they told me this was protection for viruses and things of that sort. so i guess if you need virus support this is for you...but its not what i wanted

You may not need them However that are always good to have Just in case

Nice speaker. Loud and durable. Kids have tested it to that ability.

Although Best Buy did replace my headphones, they did end up charging me couple more cents I don't know why but they did.

Peace of mind knowing that if I did need to replace something with my headphones is nice to have though!

I usually don't get insurance but certain things I will get it on. Check reviews on the item and go from there.
