I have used my insurance before and i've got my replacement immediately, with only basic questions asked.

Haven’t taken my speaker in for any repairs yet but geek squad does a good job.

Clear sound just a little uncomfortable for my small ears.but over all nice headset.

I don't always purchase extra warranty, but for somethings, like headphones, it's worth it.

Wouldn't recommend for everything but a must for headphones. Replacement is easy.

Like most people who make a significant investment in purchasing a new laptop, I figured getting an extended warranty would be a good idea. I bought a Dell, which overall I'm happy with. Someone has to make up the negative percentages and it was my time. The solid state hard drive on my laptop died. I contacted Dell and they were fantastic and were ready to send me a replacement drive. Something in the back of my mind told me to check with Geek Squad before I proceeded. Good thing I did. Regardless of the fact that Dell was okay with me replacing the drive myself, Geek Squad said they've void my warranty if I did. I ended up having to give Geek Squad my laptop and they sent it out to a "repair center". They turned it around pretty quickly and it's been working well ever since. I just wish they had been more accommodating in regards to allowing me to replace the hard drive myself, which would have cut down the amount of time I was without my computer.

The toaster oven was on sale and I bought it. It works ok but would not buy again. Too complicated to learn with the 3 dials for baking, tasting, timing. Still haven't figured out what the 3 dial it for. Too lazy to read the book-not enough time-these reviews take up time.

I must say this is good camera for the price and the pictures came out clearer than you would imagine.

Purchased my first set four years ago and have stuck with them and they stuck with me!
