    Definitely worth the buy. My headphones were faulty. Thanks to having this, they completely replaced my headphones.. the one fault I noticed was they made me pay for protection again with the new headphones.

    I've used this service 3 or 4 times and its always been for the same thing. So the problem was quick fixed but not the root of the problem taken care of. My computer is still slow, pages slow to load and my game freezes.
