Came in to the store and exchanged my headphones with no issues . I had to rebuy the Geek squad protection for my new pair . So worth it .

Great cheap protection plan. My headphones got water damage, took them into the store and were replaced same day with no charge. Even able to rebuy the protection plan on the new headphones!

Great service that Best Buy offers. If something goes wrong with the item you purchase this protection plan for, they will repair or replace.
