I haven't used the 2Yr Geek Squad Product replacement because I have not lost everything, but if it comes to that I sure would use it

I don’t usually buy additional protection but given that, unless the product was lost, if anything went wrong, I could replace it at no cost, it was a no brainer.

Anytime you pay a good sum of money on anything electronic you just never know if you bought a lemon. With this service contract you are somewhat protected in case anything goes wrong.

I recently purchased Sony headphone 1000 on a door buster deal, but used my trade in from the Sony 950's I had. Wow.. I am amazed I didn't even spend over 50 bucks

Never have issues when i return an item to best buy. Always a must purchase when i make an expensive purchase

i been using geek squad for very long time and they always fix my products for me at my local store i always go. only thing is pricey

I rebought this for my headphones since it has come in handy in the past. So far the second set of headphones are doing just fine!

I had the beats pill and compared to this speaker I would say it's the little brother! This speaker has a goood battery life and it's loud! For the price it's a definite buy!

Geek squad protection plans are good for like headphones, keyboards, and other things. Except on cellphones, tablets, and computersrecently the terms changed and to have your phone serviced they charge before they actually fix it or take a look at it. There a re most charges if they replace it or have any work done

Best Buy geek squad protection is the best. Better than just factory warranty. Any problems just return to store. Worth every penny.

Unless you want to keep buying items at full price the site don’t insure your product. The rest of us this the best option, anything happened to it and your covered

Not sure why I’m being asked to do a review on my protection plan... but I’m glad I bought it, because if my ear buds stop working, I know Best Buy will replace them.

The protection plan is great. I always get it with each purchase. If something happens you get a brand new product for a just the price of the plan instead of being s.o.l

The Geek Squad service is always timely and always excellent. On small items that break, there is no-hassle replacement of the equipment of the money towards the next generation.

You never know when accidents or incidents/issues can occur . Great to have your back covered .

Have used it for a couple of products. No hassle. Swap for another product or refund for the amount paid to use toward a new purchase.
