I have super bad luck with headphones, cant keep a pair for longer than maybe a month. This is a great idea! I can now replace them as needed when they break!

I really enjoyed my jawbone while it lasted. It was a sleek design and easy to control. The battery lasted a whole week. The only downside was that it died and I could not replace it.

I haven’t had to use it yet for this tv but I have had to use it for others. It’s a tremendous investment

Had issues with headphones that I had to return twice. No issues at all exchanging the first pair and receiving credit for the value the second time. Great customer service

This replacement plan is the best I have ever encountered. If the product is defective or broken. Return it to the store.
