I love the Geek Squad, I don't know how people who have computers and some TVs can go without them. They are the BEST, Way to Go Best Buy for having them.

I will never purchase expensive electronics without a protection plan through Best Buy, they have great customer service and you leave with a brand new product

MUST HAVE!! If you spend the money on getting Bose then give yourself the peace of mind to get this replacement program....it pays for itself over and over!!!!

Purchased for a logitec TV remote, 700 series, so I'll let you know how it works out down the road. I hope to have no need to use the coverage. So far no problems.

Always make sure I get protection on any electronics I purchase from best buy. They never disappoint when I have any problems.

I always get the 2yrs coverage on my earbuds. Shorts in cords, jack... anything. I just bring them back, tells them what is wrong and i walk out with a new pair.

This is amazing. This was the only way that I could get replacements for my son when he kept breaking his headphones.

This service has really been useful. If the product breaks, the contract allows me to replace it with the same item. If I forget my receipt, I can either pull it up on the App. Or the Cashier can look it up with my I.d. The process doesn’t take too long.

Had issues after about a year and a half with bose wireless headphones. Was able to turn them in for a replacement. No problems.

This product was awesome and I have used it on several deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. This is the perfect mission capable product. I love best buy's selections.

Super awesome price is always given , although it seems like a lot it's not as much in the long run because it's really good if your item does become damaged

I have the speaker going on for years I really love this speaker I use it all the time and it small and loud

They set ip a sound bar for that i had no clue of setting up and they even mounted it on the wall for me

Best Buy provides a good warranty, if any thing happens to the product within reason, not abuse or intentional destruction the warranty is honored without question.

Purchased this just in case I needed it, and it was totally worth it. Had to return my ear pods and got new ones back.
