I love Best Buy for this reason, I always get the plan so if something does happen I don't have to worry about getting another one out of the protection plan from best buy.

I've not had to use it for this product, but I've used it in the past for other items. It's really easy to use. And they take care of any problem you may have.

Got this warranty for my headphones my significant others headphones and her brothers and you just cant pass that up the price of it for 2 years.

Some manufacturer warranties are really lame now a days. This gives a good low cost option to get a reasonable peace of mind.

The earbuds have worked fine since I purchased them and have not needed to use the extended warranty. I assume that Best Buy would fix/replace the earbuds, but I haven't crossed that bridge yet.

I have used the warranty on the different set of headphones and I am very glad I had a warranty. I will never buy another set of headphones without the warranty

This was an in store purchase. It was for an additional warranty! This comes in handy with computer or electronic hardware! Knowledgeable staff!

I have not had to make a claim on this warranty, but it was a cheap piece of mind when buying electronics for a teenager. I relax knowing if she damages it, we are covered.

I love put warranty on everything that I buy, Best Buy always respect and they do not question you for everything .

This is a good protection plan for when I bought it for it’s good for two years a tech come out and fix something
