This is one of those buys you wish you bought it at time of purchase but hate to spend the extra money up front. Well, I did and hope I can use it in the future.

This product gives me a great piece of mind and knowing that I won't have to worry about having the item replaced or repaired should something happen to it

I don’t agree with the protection plan on some things but on others I wouldn’t ever let is pass by. These are one of those items I had to have it on.

They came to the house to fix my tv, even tho the parts took long it got fixed and I’ve never had a problem with the tv again

I have not used the coverage services but I did appreciate the signup process. It was a smooth and quick process to add the coverage. Best Buy never disappoints.

I always buy a warranty with expensive devices because I always someone break them. I've sent a few.laptops in and they were fixed with no issue.

I brought another plan to cover a new purchase because the previous plan I brought for another product turned out to replace the product when it stopped working.

Told geeg squad the problem. They took back my old ones after 2 years because of bad switch. Picked up an updated new pair and redid a new warranty.

I love having a geek squad plan because if something happens I can always either get my Electronics fixed or replaced

Warranty is an option, but I recommend it. Earphones defect in one ear and best buy replaced with no questions asked. Process is simple. In and out of store in no time.
