Never had an issue at all with them. Always a timely replacement if not on the spot. Or a quick simple fix.

Fortunately I haven't used on the Bose headphones yet. Past experience has been great as long as coverage amount seems appropriate for the price of the item.

The warranty is worth every penny!! The right ear on the headset quit working a few months after purchasing. I exchanged with no problems or questions asked.

it makes no sense to buy a product and to not get the geek squad protection from Best Buy. it has paid for itself on several occasions in my family

Good to purchase the extended warranty because anything can break and the price they cost to buy a new one is high.
