Had a mis hap with a product. Just walked in with the receipt and packaging and within a few minutes let me get a replacement and let me on my way

It's perfect, and it's there if you need to replace your product, easy to use, just go to Best buy and get replacement.

Nice to know if it does have problems ...I can just walk in and walk out with a new one for 2 years! For something you use lots, that is a good investment.

Any time you buy a product from best buy it is good to get the geek squad warrant. They work with you and allow you always keep your device working.

This is a great add on considering how much abuse headphones can take. Very pleased to know they're going to last at least 2 years thanks to the protection.

Always buy protection for what ever you purchase it's worth it. You'll need it at some point and if you don't at least you'll have the peace and mind.

It comes in handy when something goes wrong with the heaphones so it is highly recommended so you dont waste more money than you should

Covers damage not loss. Bring back your device if it doesn't outlast the warranty. Beware that sometimes you'll have to settle for another product.

I get the geek squad warranty on all my purcheses through Best Buy. I've never had a problem returning or getting a new replacement. A definite must buy!!
