    Bad help spends Hr's on phone for callbacks and then the help can not fix it and you have to wait for the 2Nd callback for a TEC. and he makes it worse and you have to pay for a good TEC. or get a new computer do not get Geek Squad service for computers not worth the money or time on the phone.

    Best Buy Does not honor warranty

    Covid is happening and delaying all of life. I had problems with my $140 Sony headset and Best Buy said that I had to deal with manufacturer that Best Buy does not honor the year warranty. I would have to cash in my Best Buy Protection Plan even though the product was purchased 2 months ago.

      Hi there. Thanks for reaching out to us about this. I apologize for that confusion and misunderstanding. We should be able to swap out the headset but it will use up the protection plan to do the exchange. This is the way it works when we're outside of return policy for the product. I hope this helps!

    I bought a ecplise mp3 player and earbuds and I bought this protection plan for the mp3 player and evidently the sales associate put the protection plan on the ear buds. I don't even know why you would want a protection plan for ear buds. They are not working and this was a complete waste of money.

    Warranty is a big waste of money. Bought on Bluetooth headphones. Son dropped. Called BB. Not covered. I need to purchase accidentally damage insurance. Now headset doesn't work. Less than 2 weeks after buying.

    Product replacement wasn’t able to be done because I didn’t have my receipt, the device I wanted to get replaced was stolen not even 2 weeks after I bought it from the store and now it’s been more than 2 years and I’m screwed out of a hundred and fifty dollars

    I bought this with the headset air buds but they depreciate and you don’t get the full value because you have to pay money into receiving a new set not worth the value for a pair of headphones and paying seven dollars and still have to pay in to get another set

    Basically useless. I got low quality replacements of equal value to my original price, since what I bought no longer was being sold, but since they were low quality I might as well have not paid for this at all.

    i brought a laptop which they couldnt replace and my headphones the Sol republic they could not replace i had to settle for something different each time and so i stop buying the warrantee from bestbuy but i will continue to buy items when i need to or want too
