    I'm glad I got the protection plan for my JayBird X2. My headphones went for a swim in the washer machine during laundry day. The folks at BestBuy made the exchange very easy. I was in and out within 6 minutes and didn't have to reach for my wallet. Definitely recommend.

    When my CD player finally wears out, I get a replacement. It's that simple. It is very nice, too because the clerk will find my receipt for me since I always loose my receipt. With my rewards card, the sales person can hunt down my record and therefore honor my geek squad protection. I like that personal service. Thank you, Geeks!

    My headphones were tweaking out and I took them in to replace them. They asked to go pick out the headphones I wanted to switch them for and was in and out with ease. Don't purchase anything without their protection.

    My old pair broke after about a year and a half. Best buy gave me a credit for the entire amount and allowed me to choose whatever I wanted. Also since the new pair got lost in the mail and the 800 number rep falsely told me I had to go to the store I was upgraded to a better model headset because I was elite and had the plan

    I purchased this for some earbuds that were pretty pricey. I started having issues with the earbuds after about a year so I went into the store and they replaced them with no problems. I recommend it on expensive electronics because you just never know when you might need it.

    I'm so glad that I've always purchased the protection plan with each product I've gotten from best buy. It has saved me money numerous times. On my tv it saved me having to replace with a new tv. On my laptop it covered repairs and a new battery. On my boy tooth head phones it replaced them twice already. Worth every penny.

    I brought this along with Bose QC35 in June 2016, by may 2018 there was hishing sound when i use the QC35 headset.When i reported this issue to the best buy customer care and asked to trouble shoot they simply replaced it with QC35 II. Definitely good value for the money.

    When I purchased my head phones I was asked if I wanted product protection. At first I thought to decline the offer. When the sales person explained to me the benefits of having them covered I emediately took the two year option. Having Geek Squad coverage on my laptop for the astonishing four years I knew I made the right choice.

    I purchased with some headphones which I returned thus returned this 2 year service. I really love Best Buy’s policy and staff and Geek squad’s helpfulness and support. They did deliver right to my living room a TV I purchased months after this item.

    After a year of use my headphones cracked. I took them in and was offered a replacement or a gift card to use later. The whole process probably took less than 5 minutes and I was out the door. No fuss, quick, easy and done. How about that!

    I highly recommend a product replacement plan for any electronics. There are very helpful if a product breaks and you need to replace the product under the replacement plan. You just take it to Best Buy and your product is replaced with the exact product or one similar to it if the product is no longer available.

    I usually purchase the plan for anything over $150, except Televisions. It is probably one of the best things as replacement is easy every time. It provides piece of mind for almost any product wich in my experience, also always breaks within a 2 year period. The only exception are TV's as there is no accidental damage replacement.

    I purchased this for a wireless speaker for my 19 year old son who uses the speaker every day even in the bathroom while he takes a shower. This covers dust, humidity etc. and living in North Carolina we have a lot of both so this has given me such peace that I'm not stressing about it breaking and having to buy a replacement.

    Had a buggy headset right out of the box. used them for one day and they broke. Called the manufacture and they said if I sent to them they would review whether the headset was covered under their 1 yr warranty. Called Geeksqd and they had me bring in for a straight swap, NO PROBLEM. I love my headsets, but I use them hard. warranty is worth it

    If you are looking for reasonably priced "commuter" headphones with a decent sound, then this will work fine. They sit comfortably in my ears and block outside noise well . The only downside so far is that they look and feel cheap, but maybe it just the "feeling", we'll see how well they last. They are comparable to Skullcandy ones in the same price range, but I wanted to change since Skullcandy lasts only 3 - 4 months and then something usually happens, wither the mic stops working or one headphones. Tip: - purchase warranty just to make sure and they will see how long the will last.

    I bought a computer awhile back with a geek squad plan, and when my computer crashed, I simply brought it to the store to get it repaired. It took about 2 weeks and worked like a charm with no hassle or extra charge! I brought my damaged headphones in, and they simply exchanged it with a new plan! Outstanding service!

    I've used GEEK SQUAD for many years -- and (3) Laptops later! They're proficient, thorough, and professional. This includes Online and In-Store Service. (Although, the latter might have much longer-than-expected Wait Times, despite having an Appointment!) I'll continue to renew my service plan. (P.S. If there's ever a problem with the service you received: There's always a Manager you can contact.)

    GET IT IF YOU ARE BUYING CHEAP/WEAK ITEMS

    if you are buying products that don't generally have good lifespans (6 months to 2 years on average) like earbuds, this plan is an excellent way to save money. Even if you get a bigger ticket item like maybe a phone or a laptop i would recommend getting this plan, it saves a huge mount of hassle if something gets broken.

    I have to call on the Geek Squad's services twice for two different items: a PC and a Stereo Receiver. They were fantastic with the Receiver. Actually they just swapped it for a new one. The PC wasn't as good an experience. The GS associate was somewhat rude and acted like she couldn't be less interested in my problem. Don't get me wrong, she acted quickly to help. She did come around once she realized I could tell how I was perceiving her. When I left, I was very happy with the experience. I get their service on big purchases. Its a good investment.

    Love my 2 year Geek Squad Protection

    I always buy the 2 year warranty on my Bluetooth's, however this is the first one I've ever had to use the Geek Squad on & I must say I wasn't real impressed with how I was treated by the young lady who had no knowledge of the Rowkin Bit Stereo Headset earbuds. Time to learn the products you are supposed to help with.
