This service has really been useful. If the product breaks, the contract allows me to replace it with the same item. If I forget my receipt, I can either pull it up on the App. Or the Cashier can look it up with my I.d. The process doesn’t take too long.

Had issues after about a year and a half with bose wireless headphones. Was able to turn them in for a replacement. No problems.

Right before the two years were up, my headphones decided to kick the bucket. Sis protection plan got me into some new ones and I couldn't be happier.

Fortunately, I haven't had to use this yes. I'm skeptical as it may require me to have to use it by speaking on it.

I go thru headphones like crazy I really am careful with them and would like them to last a while, 3 months, 6 months or one year; I guess 1 year for ear buds is pushing it. But anyway I purchased the $4.99 replacement insurance for 2 years, so for $2.50 a year if anything happens to the earbuds, I can get a replacement!, yay!

My original pair of jaybird x3's broke, so I came into the store to make a warranty claim and less then 5 minutes later I got a new pair at no additional cost.

Always get the extra support and protection. You will need it at some point. They know it. That's why they sell it.

JBL protection plan is awesome, I’m glad I got it. They we’re easily replaceable in-store

I’ve had to use my warranty several times for faulty headsets. They have replaced every defective product without hassle. If it costs more than $100, GET IT!!

The BOSE QC352 is an over the top out of this world headphones. The warranty will give me peace of mind during my daily wear of these wonderful headsets.
