    good headphones

    If you are looking for reasonably priced "commuter" headphones with a decent sound, then this will work fine. They sit comfortably in my ears and block outside noise well . The only downside so far is that they look and feel cheap, but maybe it just the "feeling", we'll see how well they last. They are comparable to Skullcandy ones in the same price range, but I wanted to change since Skullcandy lasts only 3 - 4 months and then something usually happens, wither the mic stops working or one headphones. Tip: - purchase warranty just to make sure and they will see how long the will last.

    I think the Geek Squad product replacement is totally worth it for some items. Number 1 is headphones, those things are fragile and unreliable so having the extra insurance is worthwhile. If the price isn’t too much I would absolutely recommend the Replacement Program.

    GET IT IF YOU ARE BUYING CHEAP/WEAK ITEMS

    if you are buying products that don't generally have good lifespans (6 months to 2 years on average) like earbuds, this plan is an excellent way to save money. Even if you get a bigger ticket item like maybe a phone or a laptop i would recommend getting this plan, it saves a huge mount of hassle if something gets broken.

    I have to call on the Geek Squad's services twice for two different items: a PC and a Stereo Receiver. They were fantastic with the Receiver. Actually they just swapped it for a new one. The PC wasn't as good an experience. The GS associate was somewhat rude and acted like she couldn't be less interested in my problem. Don't get me wrong, she acted quickly to help. She did come around once she realized I could tell how I was perceiving her. When I left, I was very happy with the experience. I get their service on big purchases. Its a good investment.

    Love my 2 year Geek Squad Protection

    I always buy the 2 year warranty on my Bluetooth's, however this is the first one I've ever had to use the Geek Squad on & I must say I wasn't real impressed with how I was treated by the young lady who had no knowledge of the Rowkin Bit Stereo Headset earbuds. Time to learn the products you are supposed to help with.

    I highly recommend that you get geek squad for all your purchases. Specially items like headphones and small electronics. You will be able to upgrade your electronics by using the replacement plan. Absolutely brilliant.

    I will not ever buy a item at Best Buy without attaching Geek Squad Product Replacement to it. I cannot express how important it is to attach it to your purchase. I love the fact that I am taken care of on my product for the next 2-5 years.

    I bought Bose sound sport ear buds and this warranty and when the iPod pros came out decided I wanted them instead. Not only did I get the AirPods they gave me a full refund on the Bose almost a year later. Ended up paying $40 for the AirPods. Great investment

    My son has a beats pill to listen to music before his sports events. It is usually being used by a teenage boys. The pill was dropped and started losing its connection. Geek Squad was fantastic in getting a replacement beats pill quickly. Will definitely be purchasing a replacement plan for anything my teenage sons are getting.

    The Earbuds this 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement is for was a gift from my husband, so far I have not needed to use the product, but I do have to say that I am happy to know that if I need the Geek Squad, they will be there to assist.

    My wife is hard on electronics so I decided to get her this product replacement just in case. The earbuds have not given her any issues but if they do, she has 2 years to have them replaced at no cost. I recommend this for anyone that's like my wife lol.

    I’ve reviewed geeks squad 7 times now and there are still a few more purchases listed that Best Buy allows me to review and get Reward points. I apologize to anyone annoyed by these but definitely buy the geek squad on your purchases. They replace and repair it’s great.

    I purchased the warranty this time because I had gone through so many headphones and never purchased a warranty. It is good to have but the only drawback I have is you have to replace it with the same product or you will have to get your money on a gift card.

    What can I say, this vital to me buying my headphones from best buy! For once a company owns up, and provides a great service. I never buy headphones without geek sqaud warranty. It the extra added bonus that makes me comfortable knowing if anything goes wrong I have protection for my product and more importantly...my money!

    Geek Squad product replacement is a necessity in my view. I never buy appliances or electronics without one. It pays for itself. It happens to be one of the reasons that I buy from Best Buy. I never buy an appliance or an electronic device without one.

    If you are going to spend close to $200 on a bluetooth I believe getting a warranty is a smart move. Often bluetooths will start to decline in quality around year 2. If this happens you can just exchange it for a new one. You would have basically prepaid for a new one worth $200 for only $30 = $170 savings.

    I always purchase the protection plan. I have never had a problem using it unless they no longer carry the product. Then you got to pay more or sometimes less, but you pay the difference of the price from your original purchase. I love the best buy protection plan because they stand behind the products they sale.
