Headphones are comfortable, not too much pressure on my ears. Sound quality is excellent with very little outside noise. Love them!

Geek squad protection plans are a great value, especially on products that are used daily like a Bluetooth headset.

I haven't had any problems with my product as of now but if or when I do I am protected.
