Always great to have a warranty when needed, never had to use it.

Waiting for something to break, but I'm not sure exactly what really. I can't for the life of me remember what I purchased the protection plan on. I'm half way tempted to start breaking stuff and taking it back to the Geek Squad to see if they'd fix it, but that might not be in my best interests. OK, so like any other type of insurance, you pretty much hope you never have to use it. I feel like a sucker - but it's not the Geek Squad's fault, or Best Buy's fault... it's more like my fault for making major electronics purchases while drunk.

It’s always good to have insurance. Hopefully I won’t have to us it, though.

Good additional protection at a fair price and easy to add to your purchase

This is a pretty good replacement plan. You'll have peace of mind knowing you have it. The only problem is that you can use it ONLY once within the 2 years. Once you use it you'll need to buy another replacement plan for the new item.

I really appreciate the Geek Squad replacement plan. It has great value. You can’t go wrong by purchasing it.

Always buy the extra 2 year warranty, not a lot of money but worth it in long run.
