I purchase the Geek Squad protection that is offered on any product I purchase from BestBuy. They honor their agreement...and that helps when making a decision to buy most of my electronic products from BestBuy!

Well I have yet to use this service so I cannot say if its worth it but its always best to be safe than sorry, I'll let you all know in another review if I ever use it and see if its truly worth it.

I have had great experiences in the past with using the Geek Squad protection plan. I always buy the protection plan for all the devices I buy at Best Buy if they offer it I will buy it great experiences with using it.

Overall the experience was good. Replaced a speaker I purchased at no cost. Although the agent I dealt with wanted to charge me for the charging cable that comes in the box. That was resolved when I spoke with a manager

I love the Bluetooth especially because i work out with these everyday. You can just keep everything out of your pockets and FORGET wires plugging into your phone. Especially with the new iPhones and no AUX cord hole. Great choice and so many ear size options.

I bought the longest warranty that they had, because you never know when that tv may give out. It could be in two years or more. The televisions and other electronics are too expensive to repair, so get this coverage.

I haven’t had to is the replacement yet but I bought it because I’ve already owned these rock speakers before and they broke after a year so for $10 I thought the 2yr product replacement service was a good idea

This is a great service to have, I have used it several times before, when you have kids on the computer all the time for homework and games things break so it's good to have a service plan in place when issues arise.

Don’t forget to purchase geek squad for protections in case some happens to your electronics. You can’t go wrong with geek squad. If something goes wrong with your electronics they will fix it or replacement.

Bought this for my altech speaker, haven't had to use it yet thankfully. I would say it's a good investment for peace of mind. And once again I'm confident there will be no hassles if I ever need to exchange it.

I buy all my electronics from Best Buy. The warranty is great because I do use my electronics heavily and invariably something does go wrong outside the warranty period that’s why whether something happens or not I buy it. Has worked well for me.

Knowing that I have Geek Squad Protection in case something happens gives me peace of mind. I recommend it considering it is a very small price to pay considering our devices today can easily cost a couple of thousand.

I only buy my protection plans at Best Buy because they actually benefit the customer. Products are not made how they used to be and the warranties are rarely any good, however, spending a little extra to ensure your product is definitely a good way to keep your mind at ease.

Geek squad is definitely well worth the purchase. Although I have not had to use it on this particular product but I have used on others and the ease of support and repair or replacement was a breeze.

I purchased this to go with the first set of earbuds I got but since I couldn’t get them to sync with my tv I never had to use this but it is always great to know I have it when I buy an item just in case I need it!

I’ve never thought that I would need to use any assistance, but when I actually did, the Greek Squad saved me hundreds. I definitely suggest getting any Geek Squad protection when purchasing many of their products.

Ever The Geek Squad has Ben very important to getting to he answers I have. I appreciate having the phone help as well a able to make an appointment to resolve mall my electronic questions. He service has been great

Mp3 player headphones don't have much of a life expectancy. When the headphones short circuit on either side, you can go and exchange it, free. It's a lot cheaper to renew the plan each time, than keep replacing headphones at full price.

Best Buy is always so congenial if I ever need to make a return. I had two little MP3 players once that, for some reason, one specific color was buggy - they replaced it multiple times without question, and ever since I have purchased their Product Replacement plans.

I bought this warranty to cover a speaker I purchased to use in my preschool classroom. I used it about a year later when said speaker began having issues. I was upgraded to the new model with no problems. The only issue I have is I purchased a 2 year warranty and when I use it, it goes away and I have to purchase a completely new warranty. I should be given the option of keeping the remainder of the warranty or purchasing a new two year plan.
