I have used my warranty on a few occasions and will renew again when this one expires.

Another review for this generic product, but I'll take the points, thanks. This is a geek squad contract...I'm not even sure what it was for at this point, but I'm writing this review anyway in order to capture points for it. The only things I seem to get it for are earbuds that are for my kids as they are pretty rough on those things, and if you spend $35 or more on them, and can 'pre-purchase' your next pair for 7.99 or so, that makes it a value.

This was a good service. I used it on a refurbished laptop I bought there. I would for sure get one on any electronics. I am not good with it so it's nice to have.
