    There is time that some of my products that I bought from best buy, stop working. Nothing ever last forever. All I had to do is take my product to best buy customer service and they replace it. Just make sure it is in the time frame of the 2 years.

    No Hassle Warranty

    Purchased this warranty to ensure that if anything happened to my headphones that I'd be able to get them replaced. Once the charge port on my Bluetooth headphones had an issue, I took them to Best Buy and they swapped them out, no issue!

    Purchased Bose earbuds and added the 2 year warranty. After a year and a half the earbuds were not holding a charge. Best Buy was AWESOME to deal with in obtaining a brand new pair under warranty!!

    A low cost guarantee that ear buds will be kept save and not be damaged or get lost. I would never purchase ear buds without a protective case with a guaranteed replacement.

    Only other service besides Apple Care that has good accident damage but not sure they allow you to refund the difference if you sell or get rid of it? Only if you transfer it

    Honestly when it comes to geek squad, its one of the best protection plan you could add to your item, everything is directly thru best buy don't have to call customer nor go thru the hassle

    Geek squad is awesome, they take care of the customers hassle free, I like that they don't treat you like you're at fault for the damage or trade, they are very helpful and understanding

    I bought this product to insure a set of ear buds I purchased for my grandson. We haven’t used the product yet, but I love being able to have piece of mind knowing they will be replaced if he breaks them.

    I BOUGHT protection plan as always because things don't last forever... You know what I mean at..... And with protection plan you can Always replace with vs fraction of the original Price and you know the jammies always save prices ay

    Replace Warranty a Must

    The back of the earpiece on my X2s started separating after 6 months from normal wear and tear, the warranty allowed me to return them. My X3's stopped charging after less than a month of use and I was able to return and exchange for a new pair.

    It has helped me every time I have had to replace something and has given me no trouble the staff is always very well-mannered and are welcome to help you to replace your item and it made the process so much easier and I owe nothing everytime I use it

    Getting the Geek Squad coverage for my headphones was the best decision I made. I got the two year plan and I directly swapped out my headphones after 16 months when the stopped charging. No questions asked by Best Buy and they made it quick and easy.

    The ideal review I can give is - it's insurance. If I have to use it I doubt I'll be happy because no one wants to use insurance. Therefore, everything is great. Hopefully I won't need to update this.

    Because I'm so hard on ear buds the Geek Squad replacement program is a no Brainerd for me. The only draw back in have ran into is that the manufacturer sometimes changes details of coverage during the two year period. Sometimes they replace damaged ear buds and continue replacement coverage on the new ear buds for the remainder of the 2 yearsand other times replacement coverage must be renewed if you want the new ones covered too.

    Luckily I have not had to use the geek squad protection on every item I've purchased, but the few times I've needed it have made it worth it. Great to have peace of mind on certain products, especially at the price you can usually get it from Best Buy.

    My headphones didnt work after good 1 year i had two years protection plan .. i recieved all my money back no questions asked ! I would suggest to go to best buy instead buying some fake insurance online

    When have this on an item it’s a worry free feeling and I’m glad to have it but it sucks if you have to use it and then you have to pay for it again but still worth it
