This is a geek squad contract...I'm not even sure what it was for at this point, but I'm writing this review anyway in order to capture points for it. The only things I seem to get it for are earbuds that are for my kids as they are pretty rough on those things, and if you spend $35 or more on them, and can 'pre-purchase' your next pair for 7.99 or so, that gives it some value where I usually won't touch this type of store warranty.

I do not nornally take a 2 yr service plan and I was glad I dd. My product accidentially broke and I returned same and recevied a new product without any issues. I was shocked it was so easy.
