the sound was good, but the bud covers were always falling off and getting lost, did not like the little flap of vinyl the kept pulling off

Got this insurance because I am very hard on my headsets and require them to be durable. I know in the future, this plan will come in handy when and if I need service or a replacement for my LG headset.
