I was able to replace my bluetooth ,when i broke for only a few dollars.... i can't complain.

I always buy the protection. By far bestbuy has the best protection plan.

Had to use the warranty. Paid 10$ to get 200+$ headphones replaced.

They are always ready tkk ok help and know their stuff

They always are willing to help if you have a problem and no if ands or buts
