    The bose speaker I bought was very reliable and probably didn't need Geek Squad. however, I have used them and they are always reliable.

    I have never had a beats product and the geek squad helped a lot to help me figure it out. I know I can trust them if there is actual damage to the product.

    I haven't needed to use warranty product yet, but if product fails I anticipate Best Buy will honor the warranty as they have on other products in the past.
