    Not what we had hoped for. Allowed us to return a defected pair, one time, and had to buy another warranty for the replacement we were given. Had trouble with an item more than once, so it wasn't what we had hoped for.

    I've used this service 3 or 4 times and its always been for the same thing. So the problem was quick fixed but not the root of the problem taken care of. My computer is still slow, pages slow to load and my game freezes.
