Worth it better then last longer then the your beats I had!!

Went to renew our coverage on laptops & when time to service wife's laptop it was NOTHING but trouble. Didnt repair & or clean Also broke my laptop w/out mentionimg it. When found out halftime getting repaired. They are generally better than that.

Had a nice sound. Very lite easy work fits good 2.

I am still pending the repair or store credit under accidental coverage for dropped laptop for over a month. It will be good once all is taken care of. No one can really tell me when that will be yet.

I enjoy being able to get the help I need as I need it.

Was told full replacement of product it they go bad

Geek squad is always helpful when you need to use their services . The only downside is that sometimes the repairs take a while, but i do understand depending on the repair

I wished I would've read the fine print. I didn't know that if the product had to be replaced that you have to also repay for the warranty. It becomes used up if you have to get a new one.

I get it on all the products that I feel won't last me long. Easy to get replacements and just pay for a new plan. Only time there's an issue is if the item you have coverage on is no longer sold. Then just pay the difference for the newer version and the new plan.

Good warranty to get on your device just to be safe.

They can be helpful but I sometimes feel like they dont want to help me. It really depends on the person but I can also go in for the same issue multiple times until I get someone competent.
