I gave it a midrange rating because I can't rate something I have not had to use. I hope I won't have to use it because it means the product is good.

i returned the item so therefore was not needed disappointed didn't get full credit since item returned was not used

i went in with a problem with my surface pro and the geek squad was very helpful and assisted me with getting a refund on the product since it wasn't repairable.

I purchased these after being recommended that they sounded great. My only complaint is they have to be attached together because they fall off easily.

It's good my only problem is when you get someone at the other end of the phone for help some are not experienced at all. Some of the people you can't understand and the last few times they were very rude. I won't buy it again for me unless there are going to be some changes. Need more experienced people who now what they are talking about.

Waiting for product help but the automated system sucks! May need to go in store to get quick assistance.

The warranty is covered most of the time. You can not contact Geek Squad in person due to the COVID-19 situation.

I never buy extended warranties. I don't even remember what this one was for, and I'm sure I never used it....

take when it's needed, or else don't take it. only used for one product once.

I just buy this for my headphone so I do not have a chance to use this service but the replacement or repair promise without chance sounds beautiful.

these earphones didn't last very long so I had to use the replacement coverage. The sound quality was good.

I haven't had a need yet for the Geek Squad to assist me yet, but it was a deal I could not pass up when I bought my new laptop a year ago.

I paid for additional warranty for an iPod touch back in the day and lots of excuses to to replace it.

I didn't weigh in the potential failure rate or likelihood of needing it, I wouldn't buy for the same product again. A PC or TV may be different.

I didn't use geek squad so I kinda paid for no reason but it was good to have as a back up security measure

I bought the 2 year coverage when I purchase a pair of headphones. I never ended up using this program.

I just got this to get my truck system installed cheaper than if I didn’t pay for it but it’s cool.

For the most part the Geek Squad warranty is pretty pain free. I use them when I purchase items more than $150.00 and that I use frequently.

Needed a replacement for sony head phones..guess i got a bad batch...they charged me $60 to replace them.
