Geek Squad a good produce. Pricing very reasonable. Would use again.

Purchased warranty for printer. I usually don't purchase these, but felt this would be worth it.

It worked well for listening to music and Netflix, but didn’t work well on phone calls. There was too much background noise.

I PURCHASE THE GEEK SQUAD SERVICES BUT HAVE NEVER USED IT. SO I DON'T KNOW HOW WELL IT WOULD WORK.

It is an okay product , and so far l have not had any problems. So it is worth the price .

I would recommend this product if you have an android device, and the bass volume is really low

I have used lg Bluetooth headsets for since the first one that came out, I purchased because I workout and thought it would be better for this. the sound quality is ok, but not great, the mic is so far away people have difficulty hearing me on calls. I have to turn the mic closet to my mouth so callers cam understand me. ... the design is smaller less bulky but quality is not great. I returned the product and went to do the Bluetooth I had before

Glad I got this for my Bose headphones. The plastic cord was exposing wired. Was able to get a new set with this protection plan.

Greek squad has always been great. Technicians do great work

The 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement has one major issue: you have to bring the product back to the store, and then potentially argue about what's wrong with it. For a small portable transistor radio, that's no big deal; but for a Canon 644Cdw All-In-One Printer that weighs more than 40 pounds, it's not so easy.

I would have liked to have 4 years included with purchase. Things usually don't break down until then. The geek squad is great

I don't recommend buying geek squad replacements unless its some type of deal they are offering.

Not certain yet that this is a good buy. Salesman promises a new set if anything goes wrong, for 2 years! We'll see...
