2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement - not worth
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement - Was not offered a replacement since the Jabra Sport Elite changed the UPC since Jabra Sport Elite was released with a better battery. The ear pieces and charging case did not change as per Jabra. Jabra company was going to send me the updated battery version as a replacement. I thought since I purchased a replacement warranty BB would not have to wait to get my replacement set. I was wrong. BB stated since the UPC changed they could not help me, except to give me a refund of my purchase. I bought on sale and to get the same Jabra Sport Elite, I would have to fork over an additional $70. I did a search on Amazon while conversing with BB rep and the new version was on sale for $10 cheaper than my original purchase. In the end the warranty bought thru BB was worthless and I feel they did not hold out to the terms.

Waste of $$
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the UFlex Samsung headset and the left ear went out, went to Best buy to have Geek Squad repair item, they we're not able to repair, but inform that it could be replaced if item is instore, which it wasn't, so I had to order and pay for item and get reimbursed once it arrives. I did that, and Best buy online sent a set of USED earbuds and informed me that they no longer carry that set, but that I could return item altogether. I purchased my original set with my rewards so therefore I would not get a refund of any kind. The 2 year Geek Squad was a waste. Would not recommend.

Posted .Hi Penny – I’m sorry that your Geek Squad Protection Plan didn’t work out for you quite the way you were hoping. The good news is that if you used Rewards Certificates on the original purchase, those Certificates should get credited back to your account so you can used them on a future purchase. If they weren’t, please call us at 1-800-BESTBUY (1-800-237-8289) and we’ll check in on that for you.

Bad experience

They prorated the amount according with the elapsed time so I had to pay the difference to get another headphones. And the guys who attended me were rude and grouchy. I would not recommend this warranty.

Great sounding headphones but confusing
