Have not had a need to use yet. Purchased just in case wear and tear wore out before the end of the school year.

i have brought an mdr-xb950bt in 2016 and brought the 2 yr warranty but before buying the 2 yr warranty i ask the cashier if it cover if accidental happens like if the one of the piece broke and the cashier said yes it does. i do not really buy any warranty for any of my product that i have brought in my past but buying this headphone i been buying alot of headphone due to headphone keep breaking. i am not happy with what happen today when i went inside the greek squad person said the 2 yr warranty doesn't cover accidental. if i knew at first that it doesn't cover then i wouldn't have brought the 2 yr warranty for it. waste of my money buying the warranty its so useless. I always buy stuff from bestbuy from computer to technical stuff but this happen i will never buy anymore product from bestbuy ever again.

Worked fine for couple of years now it's going out eat pieces don't work properly anymore

When you get this you end up not needing it. When you don’t you end up regretting that decision.

Although the product is pretty sturdy, I thought it would be good idea to get the plan as well.

Everything I've bought has lasted me a long time. There really isn't a reason I should buy it.

great to buy for everyday wear and tear, will cover broken damaged headphones. will be replaced with new ones.
