    My new ear buds went bad after only 6 months! And now I find that although my buds was replaced, the 2 year insurance doesn't cover the new ear buds! If I had known this, I would have have bought them somewhere else. I paid way too much for just 6 months of insurance! And now Best Buy won't let me change my review of the ear buds. This is the review of the insurance!

    Can find same product for much cheaper

    I'm a runner and I need comfortable earphones for short and long runs. I'm not super particular on the sound quality. These hurt the inside of my ear and the around-the-ear didn't feel right. I returned them for a $20 pair that does a better job and offer the same sound quality.

    I bought this earpiece looking for something different, I was used to the circle which was awesome. This product,it was annoying. It kept sliding around on my neck. It was also annoying trying to place it in my ear whenever I received a phone call. I returned it after 2days.

    Read before you buy and don't just listen to what they say. sadly, the one thing that should be covered, (broken screen) isn't.

    I purchase 2 of this pods and I try to get a replacements because they got broke and at the store don't want to give me a new ones . I don't understand wy I paid the protection for nothing its a shame that is some way to still the money to the clients
