This speaker really packs a punch for it's size. It gives off such a strong and clear sound! The Best Buy employees were super helpful and helped me pick which speaker was best for what I was looking for/price range.

Called Aluratek in Irvine CA. Found: all other bluetooth (I phone I pad) must be turned off. then must plug into a Audio Out Plug if not in back of wall mounted TV. Then turn on ear phone ready to pair and turn on Aluratek and quickly push pair button twice. I was then connected. Some Static so I shut off nearby amplifier. Sound is good and Tech Help is patient and excellent.

These things really sound good and you cant hear anything around with them but what you are listening to. I bought my wife the higher end Sony one which are really great also but they did cost 4 x as much. AT this price point I don't see how you could get any better.

Any Protection Plan is always worth getting for any item at BestBuy.

Getting geek squad for the altruek transmitter is a must. The product works great by plugging it into my bedroom's 3.5 AUX port I can watch TV late at night with full volume and Bluetooth quality without waking my. However first one died after about a year of use so it is worth the extra few dollars to get it replaced.

Good sound quality and comfort . Got them as a gift for someone and used them sometimes myself . After having them a few years they finally broke on one side of the earpiece.

Definitely a worthwhile investment, and it is not even steeply priced. In the off chance you get that defective Bluetooth device with the button that starts acting up, BestBuy exchanges the whole thing for no additional cost. I'm happy w my new device and even bought the protection plan again.

considering it is a total replacement, meaning you would get a NEW product if the previous one fails there's no reason not to get it! Even if it isn't in stock you can still get a store credit too. It's better than paying the huge amount all over again for a new pair!

Personally if I am buying something for 500+ I have to get protection. Even for items that are just 50$ because if you think about it sure its 20 30$ but buying a new item again is 50 or 100$. At least if you dont break it you know you were protected the whole time.

These speakers sound are good, I am also pleased that it has sub woofer output for the bass. For low volume use you do not need sub woofer. It can hit low end fairly well unless you really want fuller sound like me. I take one star out because of cheaply made remote control and no headphone output.

It is always nice to have extra protection and having The peace of mind that goes With having the extra protection

I have to give Best Buy 5 stars for their protection plans because I can always go to any store in any state without any hassles. The replacement plans are always affordable and I don't have to go through a third party or be on hold for several hours. Great Job BEST BUY!!!!!
