    DO NOT BUY

Do not waste your money! I have always purchased my electronics from Best Buy because of their excellent warranty program. I bought a pair of urBeats in November on sale and one side has gone out. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty so I took them back. Best Buy will NOT replace them because I purchased them on sale!! They said I have to pay $40 more simply because they no longer carry the silver ones! They will not reimburse my money...only give me a store gift card. I told them I will never purchase another item from their store. I am thoroughly disgusted with the service I received!

Is a average headphone, just the battery life is too short. get it if you don't charger it every 4 - 5 hr before the battery die. ps: it say up to 6hr battery life but it doesn't the life won't last to 6hr. i would say only up to around 4 - 5 hr life time....

2 Year Replacement Warranty? Don't think so...

I'm pretty disappointed. Not by any of the employees I've been interacting with about today but just the service in general: Took my Powerbeats (which I bought used for 80 something dollars) to Best Buy and was sort of denied service there (okay I wasn't denied but they couldn't do anything) but was told that Beats only go through Apple instead to get a quote from them.... why do I need a quote in the first place? I bought the warranty in which I'm still well within the 2 year expiration date. I shouldn't need a quote. What's the point of this garbage then? Why did the person that I talked to through phone tell me that "yes this warranty will replace your headphones regardless of how you damaged it whether wear and tear or someone damaged it" and then not be able to use it after purchasing it? I feel like I've been cheated 15 bucks for a Geek Squad plan that won't even be usable. Unless I'm missing something here by accidentally missing the small font or dark details of the limitations of Geek Squad Replacement Plans, this isn't right. This isn't right at all.

    1 year later

A year later after moderate use and the left speaker is making static noises when charging and while I work out. Looks like none of these headphones are really sweatproof or made to last 3yrs.

    Not Worth the Money

The Quality of these headphones is lacking. they sound like a $200 pair of headphones with not the best Bluetooth. The imaging and sound stage is closer to something I expect out of a $200 headphone not an expensive $400 flagship headphone. My theory is that Bose decided to cheap out on the internal DAC and Bluetooth for these headphones and that is unacceptable if it is true. I'm not expecting perfection especially at this price point but I at least expect these to sound like $300 headphones with decent wireless quality making them a $400 value. For comparison, the Sony MDR series has a better sound and it is $50 cheaper. On to the positives. I honestly enjoy the touch controls other than the skip that is blocked by the headphones adjustable headband making it annoying but not impossible to skip a song. The build quality is very nice and feels premium. The noise-canceling is some of the best and the 0 NC almost makes these headphones sound like open-back headphones. (TLDR) – They sound like $200 and the app is pointless and annoying. They are sturdy and the noise canceling is great. If you can deal with wires and want something amazing, look up some audiophile headphones. Watch DMS’s review on these headphones.

I've had this product for 3 day.I run on the treadmill with them on.Stopped playing after 4 hours.Harmon said approximately 8hr use before charge. Started to hear static. Blue and Red light wouldn't go out.I couldn't power up device anymore. JBL usually have a great sound. I think I like the Reflect better.

    Will not buy again

I purchased the Jaybird Freedom F5 on Black Friday for $49 (regularly 99), I purchased the 2 year protection. 8 months later, the headphones broke. Jaybird no longer makes the F5, now it is called the Freedom 2 ($99). Because of the name change (they don't look any different to me and have the same regular price), Bestbuy will not give me a replacement, but if I want to get the F2, I can pay the difference ($50). I will not throw good money after bad. I'm not sure I will be shopping at Bestbuy anymore. What a ripoff.
