The first 1 I got, right from start had a very distorted sound, could not understand any word. Next day got a replacement, same model, and 1st day worked ok. Had 2 episodes of the same issue, that I solved turning it off and on. On the second day though, it did not work anymore. Had the same distorted sound.

At the cash register, while purchasing my product, I was told, "If anything happens to your product it will be replaced". That was not the case. The product I purchased broke within two years, and I am no longer able to replace it with the original price. While trying to replace my product the customer service was terrible. They sent me in circles between the store and multiple phone numbers. I will not trust Geek Squad again. I was sold a "product replacement" plan, not a "money back' plan.

It is not the best product. I had issues and geek squad was unable to resolve.

The headphones sound great for streaming music, but I got them for using for the talking on the phone, I can barely hear phone conversations, but music is loud and clear.

Exhausted by trying to pair with my Mac Pro. It should be simple but fails to pair. Only using the headphones with wire, defeats the object. Noise-canceling is not great either. Expected a lot more considering the price.

I heard how great these bud were. They are fair to poor. They have a hard time connecting and staying connected. They sound OK. They look great. I have updated the firmware once which is all there has been since my purchase. Keep looking for better buds.

Anything and everything from bestbuy is complete JUNK. Stay away.

To be fair my problem is with Best Buy. Their adds promise one thing and their service people another. They just can't be trusted to do waht they promise! Buyer beware!!!

They are not too good one minute you can hear and then the volume is too low
