I've purchased several headsets in the past few years. They seemed to have broken nearing the end of the manufacturers warranty. I feel the two year warranty is a great investment for the cost

They’re always so easy to help out and always happy to fix what you need. I think everyone should get a warranty on items they purchase.

Bought for my grandson and he loves this. He asks it questions and sings along with songs. Its a really great learning tool.

My kids are 16 & 10. I have used the product replacement several times. I would say, if you are investing in anything over $100 it's worth considering.

I always recommend buying a warranty because you don't know if you will need one or not and best buy will fix your items for free under warranty.

Haven't had to make a claim yet, but I made sure to ask several of the staff what it covers and my options for hypothetical scenarios, and all of them were consistent in their answers which is good. Staff are very helpful and i think the cost is acceptable considering the alternative

Glad I had bought the protection plan for my LG Bluetooth headset. My headset after a year started to have issues. With this plan I was able to return to the store and get a new headset.

It's going to break or just not going to work as well so just buy this geek squad and then before it expires, swap your stuff out and re-up it.

Just went to the store and explained my dilemma and they said go and get something comparable if we don't have the ones you have and only paid a few more bucks for what a traded up to.

It's good to have when something goes bad with the product you buy. I had smart watch that I bought and 1 year later when it stopped working the geek squad replaced it with no problems

Always purchase a warranty when I purchase from best buy, great to have in case of any issues. They are on it for repairs or replacement.

Definitely worth the cost. Always buy the protection on electronics. They will exchange products for up to 2 years.
