have not had a chance to use it but am happy with the thought that I am insured for when i need it.

2 product have gone out on me in the first year and I was given back the full payment along with the insurance cost. Don't think I was suppose to get the insurance back but oh well

The SONY portable radio stoped working a few weeks after we bought it. Best Buy replaced not only the radio but the 2 year warentee purched with the original. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Though I have not had to use my GeekSquad protection on this purchase, I have learned that it is always wise to purchase it. Geek Squad takes care of any and all problems with electronics.

2- year Greek squad product replacement is a plus to have when thing goes wrong and maybe for some reason need replace when all else fails.

I had to make an exchange since the warranty on my printer was no longer valid when it broke. I was able to get a new printer without any issues.

Decent support, the best of this is you can walk inside of a Best Buy and they will replace your product without asking questions

The service that I purchased was additional warranty coverage for a product I purchased, I love that it is hassle free if you ever have an issue.

The protection replacement plan at Best Buy is probably the best one out there. No issues or problems to getting your item replaced. Worth it!!

got this on my UEMEGABOOM, good thing because i didnt seal the charger port and it got water compromised for my fault. took it to a best buy store, walked out with a new one that same day.

Cant beat a $20 replacement for two years warranty. I have went through multiple sets a year from sweat while I run and it was a no brainer for 20 buck replacement for 2 years!!!!

Hope I don't have to use it, but the item I bought had some reviews that indicated it may not last long. Insurance on that issue, relatively cheap.
