    This came in very handy. My buds went out one day before the 2 year warranty was about to end. Best to be safe than sorry

    Haven't needed to use the replacement for this product but Best Buy is always great insurance for tech that may not last.

    With the protection I’m able to walk in store tell the geek squad it doesn’t work and they help me replace my item. Very useful.

    I always purchase a product replacement warranty on thing I use everyday like my Samsung Galaxy Bud+ the price is worth it!!!!

    The product eventually stopped working and so we took it to bestbuy with the 2-year product replacement plan and were able to get a new, working product. There was a little bit of confusion at first seeing that the product was no longer sold by best buy, but bestbuy made it right by us.

    The protection is great as if something were to happen to the earbuds, they were replaced. Though they must be intact in some sense.

    I would never buy anything from Best Buy without a warranty...well except for a CD or chips. Other than that nothing beats their replacement warranty

    I am so happy I bought insurance for my Jaybird headphones because they broke right after the manufactures warranty. I always buy warranties makes life a lot easier.

    Any headphones I buy I always get the extended warranty with best buy just because how easy and quick they can help me out when something goes wrong with my product
