I go thru headphones like crazy I really am careful with them and would like them to last a while, 3 months, 6 months or one year; I guess 1 year for ear buds is pushing it. But anyway I purchased the $4.99 replacement insurance for 2 years, so for $2.50 a year if anything happens to the earbuds, I can get a replacement!, yay!

I used geek squad for many things and with this one I had to replace a device that was irreparable. They made it quick and easy!

I got the warranty on my headphone and after they broke they replaced not question ask. Every time you need to get a new warranty.

I everytime I buy any electronics device from Bestbuy I always buy the protection plan from them. Because Greek squash customer service is number 1.

The agents mounted all my material and also went over everything I purchased to make sure I knew how to use it properly.

This service saved my money since i bought jlab 49.99 wireless earbuds it lasted me one month to later replaced to galaxy buds.

My original pair of jaybird x3's broke, so I came into the store to make a warranty claim and less then 5 minutes later I got a new pair at no additional cost.

I haven't had to use them yet but it's nice to know I have this coverage in case anything goes wrong.

Right before the two years were up, my headphones decided to kick the bucket. Sis protection plan got me into some new ones and I couldn't be happier.

I didn't remember buying this but always good to have piece of mind. Have never used any geek squad at best buy to date

I’ve had to use my warranty several times for faulty headsets. They have replaced every defective product without hassle. If it costs more than $100, GET IT!!

My headsets stopped working on me and brought them in to have them checked out, because I had protection, they were replaced with a new pair. Great investment

I never purchase anything from Best buy with a protection plan. I have used them in the past without any issues or problems with a claim or replacing an item.

They set ip a sound bar for that i had no clue of setting up and they even mounted it on the wall for me

Great extended warranty. I never buy warranties but I tried this one out and it worked great when the headphones broke and they replaced with no questions asked.

This is amazing. This was the only way that I could get replacements for my son when he kept breaking his headphones.
