The Geek Squad warranties are a good idea for some items that are prone to issues, and sufficiently expensive that you don't want to replace them at cost.

I have purchased this with the past 2 LG bluetooth headset and had to take advantage of it 2 times. Helps a ton when the wire on the headsets goes bad.

Haven't used this warranty yet BC nothing is wrong with device. Brought it because my last pair of headphones broke and they replaced it without any issues.

The ago was polite. He was able to replace headphones but insisted I couldn’t get a brand new charger with replacement

I purchased this laptop for school after reading the reviews. Some of the reviews weren't favorable, but overall most was. I received it opened it up and found it to be very easy to get it up and running. No issues to date and have had it about 3 weeks. Great laptop for school and the price is right.
