Great coverage plan. You need some form a coverage, especially when you use a product frequently.

My Bose earbuds died and the warranty got me a new pair for free! Opted to add the warranty to the replacement pair as well

Geek Squad is the best! They are patient, good PR, and don't get upset if they have to repeat. I wouldn't buy any product, without Geek Squad protection.

I have found that always doing the protection plan will save you a lot of headache down the road if you have any issues great service thanks that's best buy geek squad!

I had something that was defective after a couple months, and I was able to take it to the store and leave with a new one. Protection is a necessity!

I have not needed them yet in person. But signing up was easy. Questions asked over the phone are friendly and helpful.

Good to purchase the extended warranty because anything can break and the price they cost to buy a new one is high.

We really don't always get the extra warranty but thought in this case it might be worth it. I am hoping that I don't need to use it but just in case, it's nice to have.

Earphones work well I was able to use my earphones when I go for a run or workout. The quality of earphones isn't great but the price is good for what you get.

Your policy of replacement is painless. If we have a problem we just take in and it is replaced or fixed no fuss.
