I love having the assurance of knowing that if something happens to my product, I am able to go in store for a replacement with no questions asked.

I purchased this warranty with all my electronics. I like the fact that if anything goes wrong, just return it and they will replace it with no problems.

It was easy to use especially when my niece head set broke, it was replaced with a new one.

The warranty is worth every penny!! The right ear on the headset quit working a few months after purchasing. I exchanged with no problems or questions asked.

.......hopefully won't need, but in the event something does happen to my earphones, feel relieved to have this......was inexpensive to get for peace of mind

i got the protection plan for my jaybird run xt's. these earbuds are pricey and it would beneficial for me to have a protected product.

This is a must have when it comes to ear phone replacement. They tend to malfunction after a year. I always get this when I purchase earphones.
