Definitely recommend the warranty. Anything goes wrong with it they tell you to go get new one. Great customer service

Geek squad protection is a must. They replace what ever I purchase with no questions. What else would you want. Buy it it's worth it.

I purchased a two year protection plan and so far have not had to use it but it is comforting to know I have it incase I would have to.

headphones break....a lot....and easily...I'm glad to have bought Best Buy's protection for them because I know that breathing the wrong way will probably short a wire and lead to catastrophic failure of the $150 pair of headphones I just bought. Think of it as very cheap insurance.

I've used this warranty twice now and have had no issues with it. Each time I was able to bring my product back and exchange with ease.

This is always been my go to when I buy product from Best Buy. Know that I can just return it and they back it up 100 percent.

I'd say that the Geek Squad W year protection is very well needed. In this day & age with electronics, it's better to be safe than sorry

If you’re ever in a position where you need your favorite electronics replaced due to damages don’t get caught without it.

We always get replacement for the higher priced electronic purchases and never regret it.

Excellent service, my son goes through so many ear buds because he is constantly listening to music and one side always goes out
