How many times can I review geek squad and get points? Ahhone , ahhtwo, *crunch* the world may never know. I’m always happy to know that my purchases are backed by geek squad. They are great with fixing and getting the value back of something goes wrong.

I love the Greek Squad. They are great. I have decided to purchase Best Buys warranty on all of my electronics. It is a very good program to have. The repairs/ and or exchange process is wonderful. Will recommend to anyone.

I don't buy service plans on too many products because they are overpriced, but I have had good service from BB on the redeemed plans. Mostly on my BT Headsets. Mine usually take a beating and last about a year. I have replaced 3 sets so far.

I never have any issues when I use my protection on an item. My item is always warranted within the replacement plan timeframe of course. I normally do not purchase protection plans on items, with the exception of very frequently used things such as my sons gaming headphones. :)

Geek squad great guys! As long as you don’t have innovative solutions home theater come out and install your products you’ll be overcharged and it was a subcontractor to Best Buy for a while if you have the geek squad come out to do it you’ll be fine

I had the 2 year warranty which helped me tremendously when buying headphones due to owning a cat who can't keep her darn paws and teeth off them. I've replaced a good 3-4 pairs of headphone because of my feline with ease and that's fricken awesome.

But a plan unless it is just something really cheap. I have sadly but gladly had to use them sometimes. For different things and if you have a 200 pair of headphone and they break and you have a 20 buck plan that replaces them.... JUST DO IT

I always shop Best Buy for appliances large or small, iPads, computers, stereos. They not only match prices but there protection plans are the best! Reasonably priced and if anything goes wrong, their protection plan is the best!

We have had many devices, but the few that broke due to manufactures issue, we were able to have it replaced fast and simple, no need to deal with the manufacturer directly, is a real time saver. I would not buy an expensive electronic without it.

i bought my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ within the same week it fell off my car and got cracked. I later took it to Geek Squad after some processing they changed the phone and gave me a new one. I would always use Geek Squad protection on my appliance

I typically dont buy extended warrenties for small items but felt it was a good idea to have for my UE boom2 speaker. I have purchased other items that i wished had this warranty because the item broke shortly after the manufacturer warranty. If you can shell out an extra $20-$30 i say why not ?

I had an issue with my blue Samsung gear icon x ear buds. I went running in the rain, and didnt dry the earbuds off and put them back in the charging case. Nothing worked after that. Brought them back to the store and no questions asked they were replaced with a brand new set off of the store shelf.

How can you go wrong with the geek squad replacement. I usually never buy warranties but I'm hard on headphones and they always break, whether it's from weightlifting (sweat) or skiing (condensation and cold). Best buy always holds up their end of the deal and replaces my ear buds with the newest model.

I never buy anything without a warranty, if applicable. Life happens and things stop working. I had a product that stop working after 1 year and 10 months. But because of the warranty at Best Buy, I took the products back and was given the price I paid for the product on a Best Buy Gift card. SUPER!!!

Geek Squad service has saved my bacon on a number of occasions, especially into the second year of ownership of products. It is well worth the additional investment that will give you peace of mind for the duration of your electronic product!

If you don’t get protection on your items then you will be in big trouble. We normally think nothing will ever happen to it but remember for a small fee you will be worry free for 2 Year’s and not expirience a deep shock when something does happen like it happened to me with my laptop
