My Fitbit Charge broke, I went to Geek Squad, they didnt ask any questions and was most helpful on getting me a new fit bit charge. I wish all returns and exchanges were this good at other stores.

Good insurance on expensive electronics. Had a router that died twice and no questions asked, swapped out for a new working one.

Geek squad protection plans are good for like headphones, keyboards, and other things. Except on cellphones, tablets, and computersrecently the terms changed and to have your phone serviced they charge before they actually fix it or take a look at it. There a re most charges if they replace it or have any work done

I had the beats pill and compared to this speaker I would say it's the little brother! This speaker has a goood battery life and it's loud! For the price it's a definite buy!

Never any questions asked. Tell them what the problem is and you get a replacement instantly if it cannot be resolved. best money spent.

these are expensive earphones so the geek squad protection is worth the extra money. The protection covers 2 years. My headphones haven't broken yet but this is good for just in case.

This is a must have on your expensive headphones. Especially when your outside the return window. Very easy to use and worth the money.

My first headset lost the volume in the left side and with the product protection plan, I was able to not only replace but upgrade my headset for a better one! Worth the money for sure!

Not sure why I’m being asked to do a review on my protection plan... but I’m glad I bought it, because if my ear buds stop working, I know Best Buy will replace them.

This protection plan is always needed because you never know when accidents will occurs on your product. And it can easily be fixed or replaced little money instead of paying for it again.

Great sound, but after only a year, the battery could no longer hold a charge. I hated giving up Sony, but I moved on to Ultimate Ears for Wireless speaker purposes, and I am very, very happy.

Anytime you pay a good sum of money on anything electronic you just never know if you bought a lemon. With this service contract you are somewhat protected in case anything goes wrong.

Geek squad plans make it easy to exchange items, depending on what it is, may nit be good for cameras and TV’s and large appliances.

It's worked well for me in the past, so I always get it now on items I run the risk of breaking. fingers crossed I won't need to use it!

I use mines everyday at work. The thump is the best I ever had out of a wireless speaker I have multiple.
