I love the protection plan if any thing go wrong u can replace your products. But if your product is lost or stolen u can't replace it . you have to buy over again that part suck.

Hopefully this warranty works for the terrible speaker Bose soundlink III it's horrible sounding. No associates helped me AT ALL on picking the right speaker for what I needed.
