Protections nice to have in case something would ever happen to your product I recommend it for all the producys if available

Great for when the unexpected happens. Walked in explained and they replaced the product immediately. So much better than shipping to the company and waiting 6 weeks.

I would never buy anything from Best Buy without a warranty...well except for a CD or chips. Other than that nothing beats their replacement warranty

Worth it on products that get a lot of wear like headphones or laptops. Went through 8 headphones in two years each time they've been replaced by the plan without question

I always try to buy their protection plan. I have bought stuff before and suddenly it has stopped working but their protection plan replaces the product immediately.

I purchased Sony xm 1000 ear buds. Had an issue. They gave me new ones. Took 20 minutes. If you buy any high end gear get it.

Very easy to sign up, and easy to submit a claim. Price is worth it for small audio items, that can get damaged or lost.

Best warranty policy. I've had issues with the product, but best buy is always fast and easy with replacements.

I buy the protection plan for all of my electronics. Even though i take the best care of my stuff, i know best buy will always do their best to provide the best service.

We always buy the product replacement for my daughter's ear phones. It is well worth the price and it is no hassle replacement.

Easily just arrive to Best Buy and have it replaced for another. Or if the item is not in stock I was given store credit easy.
